I Ordered an outdoor light in January yes it is now August Had to cancel the order when I still didnt have it after much Ado NEED I SAY MORE? Promises Promises Promises Finally a return call Still waiting for my credit of OVER $500.00 Moving to Seymour? You can run but you cannot hide Seven months is too long to wait I finally cancelled the order I am Still waiting for my credit to appear on my credit card For over one week now Need I say More??? I think not It Really leaves a bad taste in my mouth Never Again

Incompetence or insolvency??
I ordered a $3K light fixture on December 22, 2011. It is Currently March 7, 2012 and guess what??!! No chandelier! I've been calling and emailing Ryan Stockman, Anna Garcia and someone named Flo for several weeks and have received either incompetent replies or nothing. It has been over 10 weeks for an order that was supposed to take 4-6 weeks. Additionally, at one point they told me that I would need a dock and a lift (at my house) in order to receive the CRATED fixture. Not sure what brainiac came up with that distraction technique. Did they use my money to pay the bills instead of paying the supplier? Makes you wonder. Avoid this retailer at all costs - especially on-line purchases!

New Grand Light Terrible Business
Terrible experience with them at every turn. So sorry I set foot in that store. Wasted alot of money. I discovered only after my bad experience with them that numerous claims have been brought against New Grand Light by people who filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau. This means that many people were irked enough to take the time and trouble to file with the BBB--not a simple process. I am considering filing a claim, too. I would have had a better result by going to Home Depot and buying something for 1/8th of the price, and less hassle, rudeness, round-around, and wasted time. I've heard by word of mouth from many people since then, including my electrician, that this store is becoming famous for being so problematic. I wish I'd known sooner!

I contacted BBB and am updating this as requested. Grand Light agreed to ship my order by 7/20/11 and if they do..and the order is new and all works..the company will be in good standing.

Back in Feb. I paid Grand Light in New Haven CT $4,200 for a decorative light system for my bar which was top open in April. I prepaid the FULL amount on the word of Ryan Stockman, Sean and Anna Garcia, the order would be fullfilled in 3 days. It is now June 23rd and I still don't have my order. I had to spend $600 and get a cheaper lighting system. I tried calling and most of the time the person answering the phone hangs up on me. I am very polite and just want my order. When I do get through, I have talked to Anna and every time she says order will go out next Wed. Nothing but lies! I see from other reviews, they are doing this to other people. I will be contacting the local police department and leting them know what these people are doing. All they do is lie and take your money. I found them on Ebay.
